What a private charter quote includes

There are two prices in private charter: the estimate you browse, and the quote you book. This page explains the difference, what a tailored quote sets out, what can change the price — and who you actually pay.

First, the difference

Estimate vs firm quote

The estimate

An indicative range for a route and aircraft class, published by our affiliate network from real searches across the network. It's a planning guide, not a bill. Published estimates depend on route and aircraft class only — and some routes, Toronto among them, carry no published estimate at all and are quoted per trip.

The firm quote

A tailored price prepared by our charter partner for your exact trip: your route, your date, your passengers, a specific aircraft. When you accept it, you receive a booking confirmation that sets out the aircraft, the total price, and what is payable to whom and when.

What the quote covers

Inside a tailored quote

  • The whole aircraft for your party. Charter is priced for the aircraft, not per seat — every seat on board belongs to your party.
  • Your itinerary as quoted. One-way, round-trip or multi-leg, on your date and at your time — the flight is built around your plans.
  • One total price. The total price in your booking confirmation includes both parts of the payment — the operator's charter fee and our charter partner's brokerage fee (who receives each is explained below).
  • The paperwork behind the flight. Flights are operated by licensed third-party operators, and our charter partner can provide copies of an operator's terms and insurance certificates on request.

What a quote does not do: it isn't a booking until you accept it and receive your booking confirmation, and nothing in it is charged through this site — this site has no checkout and takes no payment.

Before you book

What can change the price

Prices shown on this site are estimated ranges. Your firm price is set in your tailored quote, based on aircraft, route and duration, and can be affected by:

  • aircraft availability on your date;
  • fuel costs;
  • airport fees.

That is why the quote — not the estimate — is the number you book on. Empty-leg prices work slightly differently: they are listed per flight and are also confirmed in your quote. See how empty legs work.

Payment, plainly

Who you pay

The aircraft operator

The operator's charter fee is paid by you directly to the operator flying your trip. Our charter partner does not receive or hold that fee.

Our charter partner

As the broker, our charter partner collects only its brokerage fee. It accepts cards and bank transfer, and says it accepts Bitcoin as a payment option — which parts of your booking can be paid in Bitcoin is confirmed in your quote.

This site

Never. Seven Figures Private Charter takes no payment and holds no card details. Payment is always made to our charter partner or the operator named in your booking confirmation, exactly as that confirmation sets out.

We're an independent affiliate

Seven Figures Private Charter is operated by Se7enfigure inc. as an independent affiliate of our charter partner. We may earn a commission on completed bookings — at no extra cost to you. All quotes, bookings and contracts are with our charter partner.
